Girl's Camp and RASPBERRIES

These two rascals got into some bags from Lizza and found Christmas jammies for the middle of the summer.

Sariah with Carley on her hike at Girl's Camp.  Girl's Camp was an experience for sure this year.  The rain that was terrifying for some girls was a comfort for Sariah.  Being away from home isn't the easiest thing for Sariah, but she made it the whole week.  Last night she said it best, "Hales Girls can do hard things."  She was a champ!

For the rest of us--it was RASPBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, RASPBERRIES!  Our 7 rows produced more than we can pick.  170 pints of big beautiful berries went to Farmer's Market this week.

Sales picked up when a really cute kid starts handing out delicious samples.

Day Camp 2019

First Days of Summer

2013 was the first Day Camp I planned.  Rex and Lyle were 2 years old.  They have been waiting for Day Camp ever since.  This year, it was truly a family affair.  Talmage was the only one who didn't spend at least a day at Day Camp this year.  Sariah helped all day every day.  Bryant helped most of the 3 days as well except for the few hours he was working elsewhere.  Hayden and Jhett were there too.

Father's Day

And yet another talent our amazing Dad has uncovered.  This is his first wrecked car repair--a silver hyundai.  It won't be his last.  Thanks to Phil Bleazard, his shop and his tools.

Last Week of School

Last Senior Track Meet

Talmage worked a long time on his English final project which was a representation of his life and journey through piano music.  James was able to go watch the entire 20 minutes.  Way to go
