Taylor Family Reunion and Independence Day

Thursday we spent the day at Scootney.  A breeze made the heat much more bearable.  Taneil and Dave brought their jet skiis which the kids loved.  They spent another 5 hours in the sun and loved every minute of it.  A few of them even gave cliff jumping a try.  We walked away without casualty except for my fractured ribs.  I should have held on tighter I guess.

Friday was the first day of our Taylor Family Reunion.  We met up at Shaw's and it was another party.
Bounce house water slide, sand cities in the volleyball court, lots of food, and DJ Mauia.

Too tired even to make it through journaling about it.

Brother Lee sported the red, white, and blue this year.

The long held tradition of the Basin City Parade!

And the clean-up.

Back to the reunion...

Blaire took the kids who wanted to watch fireworks back to Tim's house while James held baby Izzy and Sariah and I made the family reunion timeline.
